Atrium Poland Real Estate Management is taking its engagement with tenants to an even higher level. The Company has launched a comprehensive platform for communication and relationship management. The pilot project was set in motion at the Focus Shopping Centre in Bydgoszcz. Atrium Promenada in Warsaw is another Atrium property where this solution is being tested. As owner and manager of commercial assets, Atrium is committed to continuously improve its relationship with its tenants, enable fast flow of information and obtain instant feedback, and thus better understand the needs and expectations of its business partners.
Atrium Connect is a specialised digital platform which enables all users to receive information in real time, while simultaneously communicating with multiple stakeholders. The solution supports task assignment, followed by the monitoring of task progress and status change. It also allows for data collection and storage, report generation, and analysis of tenant activity.
With Atrium Connect, tenants can send requests for permissions or access to services to the property manager. This tool also enables them to report any building maintenance-related issues and to monitor their status. By using this platform, tenants can keep abreast of current activities at the shopping centre, as well as have the opportunity to share their opinions by participating in surveys or by providing comments. It can also function as an effective security alert system in emergency situations, by ensuring instant transmission of information.
“The Atrium Connect pilot exemplifies how we view our tenants and how we intend to build our mutual communication in the future. I believe that implementing this platform will further optimize our work, enable us to manage business relationships even more effectively, ensure instant flow of information, strengthen the mutual sense of being part of one team, and inspire greater confidence. The testing period has demonstrated so far that our partners willingly use this solution and highly rate its usefulness,” says Gregory Pertus, the manager of the Focus Shopping Centre in Bydgoszcz.
“We are very proud and excited to work together with Atrium European Real Estate and their Polish team to deliver this prestigious project. Together we create a sustainable relationship between their tenants and management using our latest technologies in ‘Atrium Connect’. All users benefit from enhanced data-driven capabilities in one full-service platform to operate their business in shopping centres, including all relevant communication in their local language and performance reporting in a safe and secure environment. We’re very excited about the future of this important partnership with Atrium European Real Estate,” says Sander Verseput, COO and Founder of Chainels.
