Balmain Asset Management assumes full control of BSC Real Estate Advisors and BSC Property Management – EuropaProperty

Balmain Asset Management has purchased a minority stake in the BSC Real Estate Advisors and BSC Property Management companies and now holds 100 percent of the Group shares.

Jason Sharman has left BSC Real Estate Advisors to establish his own entity that will have no relation to the Balmain Asset Management Group or the BSC Group. He is no longer a director of any of the Group companies. The directors of Balmain Asset Management wish him well for the future.

The BSC companies will continue to be run separately to Balmain Asset Management. The BSC companies’ focus remains on multi asset class real estate advisory across the CEE region, whilst Balmain Asset Management remains an operating partner and investment manager for dedicated clients as it has done for 15 years.

Paul Cawood and Tim Rylance remain the directors responsible for the operations of BSC with Paul Cawood, currently in charge of retail leasing and advisory, assumes the role of Head of Business Space which covers office and industrial. Tim Rylance remains responsible for BSC Property Management, as well as Project and Technical Services.
