BPI Real Estate Poland and SPEEDWELL have joined forces in Gdańsk to launch a new development in the historic Polski Hak area. GEDANIA Riverside Living is a 10-year project that combines modern architecture with the city’s rich heritage and natural surroundings.
As part of the first phase, two buildings with a total area of 6,477 sqm will deliver 92 residential units and 47 serviced investment apartments. Ultimately, the entire GEDANIA Riverside Living project will deliver approximately 750 apartments to the Tri-City market, with a total area of 36,000 sqm.
“Entering the Tri-City real estate market marks a milestone in SPEEDWELL’s growth strategy in Poland. We are proud that our first investment in the northern part of the country is taking place in Gdańsk – a dynamically developing metropolis that consistently ranks among the best cities to live in Europe. GEDANIA Riverside Living is a project where our international experience in regeneration and sustainable construction meets the unique spirit of Gdańsk – a city of freedom, solidarity, and many other universal values that also form the foundation of our company’s DNA,” said Michał Stępień, Country Manager of SPEEDWELL Poland.
“GEDANIA Riverside Living offers the opportunity to live in a unique riverside location, in proximity to Gdańsk’s historic architecture. The brick façade referencing the city’s character, along with access to riverside boulevards and walking areas, creates a distinctive identity for the development. The project combines an environment with proximity to a vibrant city centre, catering both to those seeking a comfortable place to live and to investors looking for long-term value. A diverse offer and high-quality common areas make GEDANIA Riverside Living an attractive proposition for clients who value quality, location, and long-term potential,” said Mariusz Gajżewski, Head of Sales, Marketing and Communication at BPI Real Estate Poland.
GEDANIA Riverside Living is being developed in line with ESG principles, including the concept of the 15-minute city.
The planned completion date for Phase I is Q1 2028.
