SwedeCenter has obtained a building permit for its office complex Business Garden Wroclaw. The construction of the project is scheduled to start later this year. As part of the first stage, three buildings with a total area of 37,000 sqm will be developed. The project is being developed by SwedeCenter. Business Garden Wroclaw will ultimately offer more than 110,000 sqm of leasable space and will consist of eight office buildings and a hotel. The building permit that has been granted pertains to the entire project, but the complex will be constructed in phases. Business Garden Wroclaw has received LEED Gold precertification. Buildings will be characterized by high quality of materials, technologies reducing the consumption of natural resources, energy saving solutions, air quality control and access to daylight.
