Piotr Poprawski, VP, Head of Capgemini’s Software Solutions Center, said: “We create advanced IT solutions that require a broad and deep knowledge of technologies. Areas our staff are focused on include virtual reality, mobile apps and IoT. Creativity, precision and courageous thinking are all a must in this job. I’m pleased that our new office will provide both a very comfortable working environment and a place in which to relax. This will certainly translate into a friendly and creative atmosphere.”
Business Garden Wrocław is a modern complex offering 110,000 sqm of office and service space. It comprises nine buildings, a restaurant and a garden. The space between the office buildings of the Business Garden is an integral part of the complex, where you can work, have a walk, relax or have fun playing basketball. Office space has been designed to accommodate individual needs of tenants with optimal exposure to sunlight and easy space adaptation options. Three buildings of the first phase of the investment have received certification LEED Platinum. The complex is located near Mikołajów train station and a large shopping and leisure centre. It can be easily accessed both by car and by public transport.
Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland, said: “We are glad that such a big and prestigious tenant trusted us once again. Capgemini is among the tenants of Business Garden in Poznan, and has now decided to lease office space in Wrocław. Signing a new lease agreement with our existing tenant is also an undeniable proof that a concept of the business parks developed by Vastint meets the needs and expectations of clients.
