CBRE Global Investment partners reaches $2 billion NAV milestone for its global Alpha Fund – EuropaProperty

CBRE Global Alpha Fund, the global core-plus fund managed by CBRE Global Investment Partners (CBRE GIP), has reached $2 billion NAV.

The perpetual open-ended fund first launched in November 2010 with a primary focus on developed markets and sustainable high income strategies. Six years later, the fund maintains exposure to a globally diversified portfolio and high quality real estate assets in preferred markets.
