Centerscape Group has acquired four retail properties in Poland located in smaller regional cities of Chorzów, Prudnik, Rawa Mazowiecka and Trzcianka. Cushman & Wakefield acted for the purchaser.
The properties total 4,600 sqm of rental area, of which almost 90 percent is occupied by Biedronka, the biggest food discount chain in Poland. Other tenants include Pepco and local retailers.
Centerscape is a leading investor and owner of grocery-anchored neighbourhood shopping centres in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
