Chariot Group sells two DIY stores to Marr Holdings – EuropaProperty

Chariot Group B.V. sold two DIY stores rented by the well-known brand OBI, located in Gdansk and Lodz. This is the first transaction in Poland for the new owner, a company from the Marr Holdings group originating in South Africa.

Both stores were previously acquired by Chariot Group B.V. in the transaction with Apollo Rida in January, 2018. After the acquisition of the properties, Chariot thoroughly rebuilt and adopted them to the needs of a new tenant. Both commercial spaces received innovative solutions based on the latest User Experience strategies resulting from the OBI’s experience. As a result, the well-known DIY chain OBI enjoys great interest and a constantly growing number of customers, both in Lodz and Gdansk.
