Chefs Culinar becomes first tenant at MLP Business Park Łódź

MLP Group has signed its first lease agreement for the newly developed MLP Business Park Łódź. Chefs Culinar has contracted more than 1,600 sqm of high-specification space, with 1,400 sqm designated for warehousing and 240 sqm allocated for offices and staff amenities. The transaction was brokered by Renthis Estate.

“The client was looking for modern, high-quality warehouse space in central Poland. The prime location near the A1 motorway and the Łódź city centre played a key role in their decision. The developer’s flexibility in customising the space to the tenant’s specific requirements, along with their willingness to negotiate, was also a significant advantage. MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second logistics within the Łódź metropolitan area. In line with MLP Group’s strategy to integrate environmentally sustainable solutions, the project will undergo a BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’. In pursuit of this goal, the facilities will feature solar photovoltaic systems and charging stations for electric vehicles. Moreover, a substantial portion (approximately 30 percent) of the logistics park’s grounds will be dedicated to green spaces and a retention pond.
