Cloudity, a technological company providing consulting and implementation services in the cloud computing segment, has leased nearly 430 sqm in the Zebra Tower office building in Warsaw. Experts from JLL advised Cloudity on the process of finding a location and negotiating lease terms. The owner of the building – Union Investment fund – was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Since its establishment in 2014, Cloudity has successfully implemented projects on both the Polish and European markets. Cloudity has consulting activities in Poland, Sweden, Norway, Great Britain, Germany, Finland and other countries across Europe. As a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, it develops the Salesforce ecosystem and supports clients in the launching of products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot and Marketing Cloud. Cloudity also creates its own business applications, based on the Force.com platform, to streamline the sales process and customer service. Currently, the company has nearly 50 employees.

Cloudity’s relocation to Zebra Tower took place in two stages. In September last year the company occupied temporary space within the office building, and in 2018 moved to its new office.
“Zebra Tower is an office project which will support the dynamic development of Cloudity, while providing the company’s team with a comfortable and inspiring working environment. A major advantage of Zebra Tower is its central location – in close proximity to the Politechnika metro station, Łazienkowska street and numerous bus and tram routes,” said Adam Bechciński, Consultant, Tenant Representation Department, JLL.
Zebra Tower is a state-of-the-art 17-floor office building offering over 17,000 sqm of office space. The office building is distinguished by modern and eye-catching architecture. Furthermore, its rounded facade stripes are visible from all directions. In addition to an interesting project design, the building also offers spacious and functional interior design of a high standard. Zebra Tower provides 124 parking spaces located on two floors below ground. The building was recognized with LEED Gold certificate.
