Wing completes industrial property development near Budapest
The recently finished Hall ‘I’ at Airport City Business Park, located at Liszt Ferenc Airport offers a total leasable area of 6,000 sqm and is fully occupied. In the coming years, Wing is planning to expand the Airport City, which opened 15 years ago, and was developed in several phases.
Revetas Capital’s retail parks are practically full in Hungary
The occupancy rate of the portfolio comprised of 12 retail parks has reached 97% in Park Centers Hungary, Revetas Capital announced.
Following successful lease transactions with one of the leading retailers in the non-food sector, the total occupied area increased to over 44,600 sqm across the portfolio.
Czech industrial real estate exceeds 10 million sqm mark
In the second quarter, the Czech industrial real estate surpassed the 10 million sqm mark for warehouse space. At the same time, the largest transaction in the industrial real estate sector in the history of the Czech Republic took place; an as yet undisclosed distributor leased almost 234,000 sqm.
In the next 12 months, Colliers experts expect a significant increase in available space on the market. At the end of H1 2022, 1.3 million sqm of new warehouse space was under construction, with most of it due to being delivered by the end of the year.
“In total, 659,500 sqm was leased last year, signalling that demand in 2022 could be as strong as the record year of 2021,” explains Josefína Kurfürstová, an analyst at the consulting company Colliers.
Uniq logistic to double its presence in MLP Group parks
The Polish logistics operator has signed leases for 20,500 sqm of additional space in MLP Pruszków II and MLP Łódź, two logistics parks in the MLP Group’s portfolio. Following the handover of the new facilities, Uniq Logistic will occupy a total area of close to 44,000 sqm. The tenant was advised on both transactions by real estate agency AXI IMMO.

Mobica moves its Bydgoszcz office to Preludium
Mobica has decided to relocate to a new office comprising approximately 910 sqm in Preludium in Bydgoszcz. The tenant was advised on the transaction by Savills.
Mobica is a global software services company, headquartered in Manchester, UK, with offices across Europe and the US.
