VGP develops distribution centre for Amazon in Premstätten
The VGP Group is developing and constructing a distribution centre for the online retailer Amazon at VGP Park Graz in Premstätten. The property has an area of 62,000 sqm and the construction period is scheduled for twelve months.
For Amazon, the distribution centre in Premstätten will be the company’s fifth logistics location in Austria. Miriam Enzi, Regional Manager Austria of Amazon Logistics, says: “We are very pleased to open a distribution centre in Premstätten. As a result, Amazon customers will benefit from faster and more flexible delivery options.”

The mayor of Premstätten Dr Matthias Pokorn explains at the opening: “The fact an international company like Amazon has decided to invest in Premstätten as a business location clearly shows that we are competitive.”
Panattoni leases 82,000 sqm for e-commerce in Poznań
Panattoni has started another giant development for the fashion sector. A global market leader has leased 82,000 sqm in Poznań. Around 3,000 employees will find employment.
Construction of the new development will start at the turn of the year. The new tenant will run e-commerce operations from the new location, serving several European markets.
“Globally, e-commerce for the fashion industry was worth about $744 billion at the beginning of this year. Its value will reach as much as $1.1 trillion in 2026. The Polish market reflects these trends and is increasingly becoming a hub for all of Europe,” says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director with Panattoni.
Panattoni has already delivered well over 2 million sqm in the Poznań market, both in city facilities (City Logistics), logistics parks and BTS developments.
Cargus is the first resident of CTPark Oradea cargo terminal
CTP is expanding its collaboration with Cargus, one of the largest courier companies in Romania, in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal. The courier company has signed a lease contract for an area of 3,400 sqm.
CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal benefits from a direct connection to the Oradea Airport.
“CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is a national premiere, a complex infrastructure project, involving special works, which our construction team carried out to the highest quality standards and in record time”, said Andrei Koszti, Regional Commercial Manager, CTP Romania.

Mitiska opens new retail park in Poland
Mitiska has announced the opening of a new retail park development in the Polish city of Wagrowiec, in a joint venture with local partner Karuzela Holding. The new retail park has a GLA of 8,400 sqm spanning 13 retail units and is food anchored by a Lidl supermarket.
Other tenants include a mix of popular brands such as Action, Sinsay, Kik, Tedi, Dealz, Pepco and Media Expert. The retail park has been designed to achieve a “Very Good” score on the BREEAM in-use scale.

Multi appointed property and asset manager for Central in Bratislava
Multi Corporation has been appointed property and asset manager for Central in Bratislava. The shopping centre with 36,000 sqm of GLA, is owned by Allianz with the long-term strategic management overseen on its behalf by Allianz Real Estate.
Multi will be part of repositioning and upgrading Central and optimising the shopping centre’s occupancy level. Central opened in October 2012.
