FLE acquires Kopernik Office Buildings in Warsaw
FLE has acquired its fifth office property in Poland – the Kopernik Office Buildings in Warsaw – from DWS, one of the largest asset management groups on the market. The deal, saw Knight Frank advising the buyer and Colliers representing the seller.
Dr Alexander Klafsky, Managing Partner at FLE GmbH said: “Our latest acquisition proves that we are able to continuously purchase suitable assets that yield a very strong cash flow, even if the economic environment seems challenging.”
Marek Jakubiak, Head of CEE at DWS said: “Over the years, the property has proven to be very resistant to market and economic cycle changes, with a stable level of occupancy and fluent leasing transitions.”
Piotr Mirowski, Senior Partner and Board Member at Colliers said: “This transaction demonstrates that the Warsaw market offers institutional-quality office buildings from the secondary market, which enjoy long-standing esteem among tenants and generate stable returns for investors.”
GLP delivers its fifth logistics park near Warsaw
GLP has completed the development of another logistics park near Warsaw. The 24,000 sqm of logistics and office space at GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre has been fully leased to No Limit, a company with more than 30 years of experience developing international services in contract logistics, warehousing, distribution and transport.
Mariusz Rączka, Logistics Business Unit Director at No Limit, commented: “This investment comes in response to new projects and growing demand in the CEE region from our contract logistics clients.”

CFE was the general contractor of GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre, and the client was represented by Space4Logistics.
Panattoni completes BTS for Vita in Western Poland
Panattoni has finalised another built-to-suit development in the Lubusz region. The Vita Group – Europe’s largest supplier and producer of polyurethane foam – will start using 8,000 sqm of space in Panattoni Park Żary in the second quarter of 2023.
“Being located in Żary superbly aligns with our strategy and will allow us to effectively support the development of the region,” says Wiesław Pacyna, General Manager, of Vita Polymers.
“The huge potential of the Lubusz region and the whole of Western Poland would be difficult to tap into if it were not for the support and involvement of the local authorities,” adds Marek Foryński, the BTS Managing Director at Panattoni.
