Heimstaden Bostad establishes green financing framework
Heimstaden Bostad has established a combined green and sustainability-linked financing framework. The framework will support Heimstaden in achieving its climate targets of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 42 percent by 2030, in line with the Paris Agreement’s ambition to limit global warming. The roadmap to reach the targets has been validated and approved by the Science Based Targets initiative.
“The gravity of the climate crisis calls for real action from the global community. We are committed to taking a leading role in the efforts of transitioning the property sector to a low-carbon and environmentally sustainable society,” says Adam Lindh, Head of Treasury at Heimstaden.
Panattoni starts the construction of 25,000 sqm City Logistics Łódź VI
Panattoni has started the development of 25,000 sqm of speculative space in Łódź. It is to be a brownfield development built on the site of a former gas bottling plant. City Logistics Łódź VI is to be certified under BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ with the developer preparing the roofs for solar panel installations.

New tenants join Glinianka Retail Park near Warsaw
Jysk (1,300 sqm) and Piekarnia Cukiernia Grzybki (170 sqm) are the latest tenants to sign up and join Carrefour, Sinsay, TEDi, KiK, Pepco and Rossmann for the soon-to-be-opened Glinianka retail park, being developed near Warsaw. The retail park will deliver 10,000 sqm of GLA. Scallier is responsible for renting the space, and REDKOM Development is the developer of the facility.
“The inhabitants of Łubna and the surrounding area will be able to do the most necessary shopping at home, and will not have to use facilities located at a greater distance from their places of residence,” emphasized Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier.
“We are opening the facility at the end of March,” commented Łukasz Komierowski, President of REDKOM Development.
Regus opens in one of Budapest’s fastest-growing districts
