Revitalisation works completed on Centrum Orląt
In Poland, buildings are responsible for 38 percent of carbon dioxide emissions. To comply with the ESG recommendations and market expectations older buildings are being renovated to become more environmentally friendly. A recent example of this is Centrum Orląt in Wrocław owned by Adventum Group’s QUARTUM fund.

Focus Estate Fund strengthens commitment to ESG initiatives
Focus Estate Fund has begun to convert its entire shopping centre portfolio in Poland to solar-powered facilities. Looking ahead, Focus is determined to extend this action through the planned implementation of larger solar stations across its remaining portfolio by the end of the year.

Power Center in Gorzów Wielkopolski off to a good start
The regional Power Center in Gorzów jointly developed by Acteeum and Equilis is off to a flying start. Well-known and popular brands have joined the project, including Cropp, House, Jysk, Diverse, Tedi, and Maxi Zoo.
The newly-joining brands cover a total lease area of almost 3,700 sqm and along with other brands that have already signed their lease agreements – Sinsay, Decathlon, Biedronka, CCC, HalfPrice, New Yorker and Martes Sport – they form an almost complete shopping offer for the project.

Green energy provider extends lease GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre
GLP has completed the construction of its last warehouse near Kraków. Columbus Energy, a service provider in the modern energy market, has renewed its lease for 4,000 sqm of space at GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre.
