Warimpex opens new office building in Kraków
Warimpex has opened its third office building in Kraków, the Mogilska 35 Offices. The taxonomy-compliant property has 11,900 sqm of space, is located near the city centre and is named after its address on Mogilska Street. There are also Warimpex office buildings at numbers 41 and 43, which are fully occupied. Mogilska 35 is already almost half let and also offers flexible coworking options.
“Kraków is the second largest city in Poland. Companies particularly appreciate the location, and site conditions here. It is currently the largest regional office market in Poland and therefore an important development location for Warimpex,” says Franz Jurkowitsch, CEO of Warimpex.
7R secures financing for 7R City Flex Katowice I
7R has obtained a development loan for the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The financing of €15.5 million was provided by mBank. 7R City Flex Katowice I is a city warehouse with a total usable area of approximately 22,300 sqm.
“The development loan will optimise investment costs. We are pleased that once again we can cooperate with mBank. We hope that this is another step in building long-term cooperation between 7R and mBank”, says Łukasz Kopeć, Project Finance Manager at 7R.
Major Polish cargo operator selects CTPark Gdansk Port as new HQ
Polish cargo operator Morska Agencja Gdynia has taken a 10-year lease at CTPark Gdańsk Port, a new logistics park that is being developed in Gdańsk. Comprising more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse space MAG’s decision to integrate its existing warehouse space into one prime location will enable the company to optimise its processes and operations, facilitating the company’s growth and ambitions. The lease transaction was brokered by Newmark.
Krzysztof Laskowski, Vice-President of Morska Agencja Gdynia said: “Relocating our headquarters to CTPark Gdańsk Port will enable us to centralise and streamline our operations, helping us to consolidate our market-leading position.”
Bogi Gabrovic, Deputy Country Head at CTP Poland said: “Pomerania, where CTPark Gdańsk Port is located, is one of Poland’s key regions for handling logistics and forwarding processes.”
CL Property breaks ground on BTS facility Citylink Wroclaw
Wrocław is a city driven by innovation and has the second-largest number of research and development centres and IT hubs among Poland’s regional cities. Polish developer CL Property has started the construction of a 13,300 sqm (BTS) technological research and development centre facility, Citylink Wroclaw. Pekabex is the general contractor for the facility, and the completion of the investment is expected in the second half of 2024.
The bank financing of €13.5 million, was provided by mBank. “Banks appreciate the potential of the industrial space market, especially facilities centred around the technology industry,” said Daniel Pałasz, Chief Financing Officer at CL Property.
