Mitiska REIM opens new retail park in České Budějovice
Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of its new retail park development in České Budejovice in Southern Bohemia. The new Czech retail park was developed in partnership with local partner Asset Services.

Additional retail space of 6,000 sqm GLA was opened at the beginning of December, comprising 12 units and featuring tenants which include Action, TEDi, DM (dm drogerie markt Česko), PLANEO, Super Zoo and KiK. The new retail park is financed by a local banking partner CSOB and has been designed to achieve an “Excellent” score on the BREEAM Official scale.
