Merity Funds acquires property in Gliwice
Merity Funds, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate, a Fund specialising in project development, acquired a real estate property located in Gliwice. Greenberg Traurig advised Merity Funds. Advice on the transaction also included negotiating and signing an agreement with the developer – GLP Poland – for the development and management of the proposed multi-tenant logistics project. The development will consist of two buildings with a total GLA of 60,000 sqm on 12 hectares of land.
“The success of this acquisition underlines our client’s commitment to the growth of the logistics sector. The completion of this step paves the way for the multi-stage logistics project that lies ahead,” said Radomił Charzyński, Deputy Managing Partner at the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig, who supervised all work on the transaction.
7R completes new logistic hub in Krakow
7R has completed the construction of the new warehouse located near Krakow-Balice airport. The buildings are already 70 percent leased. The project’s strategic location and environmentally friendly solutions have attracted customers from the e-commerce, automotive, and distribution industries. 7R City Flex Kraków Airport I comprises two buildings with a total area of 28,000 sqm.
The Antczak Group is the general contractor for the project, and the warehouse is in the process of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

Revetas appoints new country head for Poland
Revetas Group announced a new strategic partnership with Antonio Pomes, who joined the Revetas team as Director-Country Head of Poland in the Portfolio Management department. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the Polish portfolio of assets, including Trinity One in Warsaw, Bonarka for Business “B4B” and Buma Square in Krakow. He will work closely with the Senior Management, Investment Management, and Property Management teams to ensure the success of the existing and future assets in Poland.

Salad Story expands F&B offer at Fort Wola shopping center
Healthy fast-food restaurant chain Salad Story will expand the food court offer at the Fort Wola shopping centre in Warsaw. It is one of four new restaurants that will open in the refurbished shopping centre this year along with KFC, Kuchnia Smaki Asia, and Chnar Kebab.
“Our leasing strategy assumes a strong strengthening of the restaurant offer,” said Grzegorz Latała, Asset Management Director at Mayland Real Estate.
