Immofinanz sells office asset in Zagreb
Immofinanz has successfully closed the sale of the Grand Center Zagreb office property to a Croatian real estate company. This transaction represents a further step in the optimisation of the portfolio.
“In line with our strategy and focus on value creation, the proceeds will be invested in the expansion of our innovative office solutions and retail properties in our core markets“, explained Radka Doehring, Member of the Immofinanz Executive Board.
The Grand Center Zagreb is a modern office building in the heart of the Croatian capital. It offers roughly 16,000 sqm of usable space. The building was completed in 2006 and is fully rented.
Focus Estate Fund acquires shopping centre in southern Poland
Focus Estate Fund has finalized the purchase of the Galeria Sandecja shopping centre in Nowy Sącz, Poland. With a total area (GLA) of 17,650 sqm, this is the seventh investment for the fund in the Polish retail sector.
Galeria Sandecja boasts over 70 shops. The tenant mix includes such brands as H&M, New Yorker, Martes Sport, Douglas, Deichmann, CCC, and others.
Maxim Shkolnik, General Partner of Focus Estate Fund, commented: “With the acquisition of Galeria Sandecja, we’re proud to announce that our total leasable area (GLA) has exceeded 100,000 sqm in Poland.”
Prima Development Group starts new phase of Bucharest resi complex
Romanian developer Prima Development Group has kicked off the construction of the second phase of its Prima Vista residential complex based in northern Bucharest. The first phase of the development has reached a 70 percent sale rate to date and the company expects to fully deliver the complex by the summer of 2025.
At present, Prima Development has 3,000 apartments in various construction stages across Bucharest, which will be completed following an investment of around €200 million.
Natek Poland with new office in Warsaw’s Q22
NATEK, an outsourcing services provider and IT specialists in the CEE region has opened an office on the 11th floor of Warsaw’s Q22 skyscraper. The modern office space arranged for the company’s needs is more than 520 sqm.
The rapidly growing NATEK has been expanding its team year after year – last year alone it hired more than 400 people – and moving into new offices. At the end of 2023, the company opened a new, larger office in Bulgaria’s capital, Sofia, and plans four more openings this year – in Poland and Slovakia.
