Business Park Sofia announces wave of new leasing activity
Business Park Sofia announced a series of new and renewed leases. Several prominent companies have opted to establish and expand their operations in Sofia, Bulgaria by choosing Business Park Sofia. Among them are KPMG IT Service, DIGITALL Bulgaria, Telelink, Bang&Olufsen, Gorenje, Carlsberg, and SEGA Black Sea.
One of the highlights of this surge of leasing activity is a major lease transaction with a global technology leader known for its cutting-edge IT solutions and services. This company has secured almost 15,000 sqm of office space, symbolic of Business Park Sofia’s ability to allure industry giants.

First BREEAM certification awarded in Albania
Park Avenue Tower in Tirana has become the first Albanian office project to secure BREEAM Design Stage certification with an Excellent rating. The process of certification was conducted by experts from Colliers Poland with support from the Colliers Albania team.

Sierra Balmain takes over property management of Galeria Pomorska
Sierra Balmain will take over property management of Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz. The group will handle all the ongoing operations of the facility. “The new contract shows trust in what we have built. It is another step in our systematic development”, says Aleksandra Mazzini, Chief Operating Officer of Sierra Balmain.
With this new mandate to manage Galeria Pomorska, Sierra Balmain has increased the managed area to 425,000 sqm of GLA. The company’s portfolio comprises 18 properties, including multifunctional shopping and entertainment centres, retail parks, convenience centres, logistic parks, and mixed-use properties.
