Scallier sells retail park in Romania
Polish group Scallier has sold its retail project Funshop Park Turda in Turda to BT Property Alternative Investment Fund. The deal marks the fund’s entry into the retail market. The project has a leasable area of over 9,000 sqm and has received the BREEAM certification.
BT’s fund was launched in 2022 and currently has assets of €32 million. Its portfolio comprises premium real estate in Romania with a leasable area of over 40,000 sqm.

Skanska sells Warsaw office building to Swedish investor
Skanska has sold the Studio B office building in Warsaw for €86 million to Stena Real Estate AB, an international property company that is a part of the privately owned Swedish Stena Group.
This is already the third transaction between the two parties in CEE. With 17,600 sqm of office space,. The building was already fully leased before getting an occupancy permit.
Studio is one of the latest-generation office buildings located in a rapidly developing part of central Warsaw.
MLP Group secures financing from ING Bank Śląski
MLP Group has received financing from ING Bank Śląski for more than €26.8 million. The purpose of the loan is to refinance existing projects spanning an area of 58,200 sqm and finance the construction of another 21,700 sqm of warehouse facilities within the MLP Poznań and MLP Poznań II logistics parks near Poznan.
“The funding will secure full financial stability for us and will contribute to the dynamic growth of our operations”, said Monika Dobosz, CFO/Board Member at MLP Group.
Sierra Balmain takes over management of Power Park Opole
Sierra Balmain has assumed property management of Power Park Opole shopping centre in Poland. The shopping centre is a two-building complex with a total area of over 22,000 sqm. The larger building houses an Auchan hypermarket, while the smaller one is occupied by the Media Markt and Nexterio chains.
“Diversity is something we excel at, thanks to our specialized teams and years of experience in handling a wide range of properties. We will leverage our strengths in our collaboration with Power Park Opole”, said Aleksandra Mazzini, Chief Operating Officer.
After taking over management of the Opole retail park, the company’s portfolio now includes 19 properties, with a total area of 450,000 sqm GLA.
