New Work adds new location in Prague
CEE-based flex office provider New Work has opened a new location in Prague. New Work Smichov Business Park offers fully furnished office space with up to 245 workstations in one of Prague’s most lively areas.
Smichov Business Park offers spacious workspaces, including flexible offices, coworking spaces and meeting facilities. New Work’s new location in Prague 5 offers its users 24/7 access, 360 reception services, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and additional amenities such as copy & printing or courier services.
“Smichov is the main office hub for big marketing & advertising as well as IT companies. Forum joins Wadowicka 3 office complex
An investment fund company FORUM Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych (FTFI) is set to join tenants of Kraków’s Wadowicka 3 complex. The building is owned by Partners Group & Reino Partners. FTFI will occupy 880 sqm on the fifth floor of the building.
JLL supported the tenant in the process of lease negotiations and preparation of their new premises.

Wadowicka 3 is a complex of three seven-storey office buildings, the last of which was completed in 2021. The complex offers a total of about 31,000 sqm of office space. The Class A building was developed in accordance with BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, which ensures a functional and sustainable working environment.
GTV takes more than 32,000 sqm at MLP Pruszków II
GTV, an international distributor of furniture accessories and LED lighting, has signed a lease for another 32,000 sqm of space at MLP Pruszków II. The company is already occupying 20,300 sqm at the logistics centre. The new building is to be handed over to the tenant next April. The transaction was brokered through AXI IMMO, a real estate advisory firm.
“MLP Pruszków II has strong potential for continued expansion. Ultimately, it will be developed into one of the largest logistics complexes in the region, located in close proximity to Warsaw and its neighbouring communities,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
“We needed more warehouse space to accommodate our sales growth and efficiently serve our business partners. We set our sights on the west side of Warsaw, where our office and other warehouses are already located,” explained Arkadiusz Marcyjanik, Logistics Director at GTV Poland S.A.
Inter Cars Group leases over 20,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec 1
In 2021 alone, tenants from the automotive sector leased almost 200,000 sqm from Panattoni. One of these tenants is ILS, the logistics operator of Inter Cars Group SA, the largest distributor of vehicle parts in Central and Eastern Europe. In just three months, this company has signed two lease contracts for over 22,000 sqm and now it is moving into Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I.
The group has almost 500 centres in Poland and Europe and for April this year, it registered consolidated revenue growth of 18.5 percent year-over-year, and in the first four months of the year, it generated revenues 23.9 percent higher than for the same period of the previous year.
“Having developed millions of square metres across the country, we are seeing more local businesses achieve an international scale and it is left to a rapidly developing warehouse market to supply the necessary space to back this development up,” says Justyna Kononowicz, Senior Leasing Manager from Panattoni.
Upon completion of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I will be one of the largest industrial developments in the region.
HalfPrice opens a store in Dekada Nysa
HalfPrice, an off-price concept belonging to the CCC Group, has opened a new store in Dekada Nysa shopping centre. The new store has an area of over 1,200 sqm and will strengthen the offer of multi-branch tenants in the centre.
“We are glad that HalfPrice is joining the tenants of Dekada Nysa – a brand with Polish roots, recognized as our native equivalent of TK Maxx, which has a very diverse and at the same time affordable offer,” says Maciej Kvit, director of the Dekada Nysa shopping centre.
Galeria Dekada Nysa has 60 stores of well-known and popular brands, all located on an area of 20,000 sqm. The facility is located in the very centre of Nysa, in the vicinity of the train and bus station.
