50 hectares near Warsaw in the hands of a new investor
50 hectares of land plots have been purchased in Starowiskitki, a village located 50 kilometres from Warsaw. The transaction was conducted by the Industrial Agency of JLL.
The purchased land, which belonged to 63 owners, consists of 66 registered plots. Thanks to the involvement of JLL a warehouse park consisting of five buildings with a total area of approximately 250,000 sqm is now planned.
“In 2018, we already appreciated the potential of Starowiskitki, which is located 50 kilometres west of Warsaw, near the A2 junction,” says Agata Zając, Senior Director in the Land Acquisition and Development area, JLL.
“The process of preparing for the purchase of land plots in the municipality of Wiskitki took three-and-a-half years and required us to be deeply involved, especially in systematizing the legal status of the property for the planned investment,” adds Karolina Przybysz, Land Transaction Manager in the Land Acquisition and Development area, JLL.
“In recent years, interest in the Wiskitki municipality has risen significantly,” comments Rafał Mitura – Mayor of the City and Commune of Wiskitki.
