The third office building in Yareal’s flagship investment, the LIXA complex in Warsaw’s Wola district, has welcomed a new tenant, Rise.pl a company providing virtual, coworking and serviced offices on the Polish market. The company will occupy 3,300 sqm and has signed a 10-year lease for the entire fifth floor of LIXA C.
“By opening another office in Warsaw in LIXA C, we want to cater to our most demanding clients, whose dynamic needs require a presence in the capital’s new business district,” said Piotr Augustyn, owner and chairman of the board at Rise.pl.
“We want the LIXA campus and its open green spaces to become a hub for dynamic business development,” comments Eric Dapoigny, CEO of Yareal Polska.
Rise.pl was represented by consulting agency Savills in concluding the lease agreement.
“Flexible offices have become very popular these past few years. Companies that are entering Poland and its markets often choose such solutions before moving into their target office, which helps them optimize costs while they’re still building their team,” comments Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation at Savills.
The LIXA complex will ultimately offer a total area of 77,000 sqm on completion.
