Colian Logistic, which offers transport and logistics services, especially in the area of contract logistics, has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space in P3 Poznań warehouse park. Experts from JLL represented the company, part of Colian Holding SA, in the process of selecting the location and negotiation of lease terms.
The goal of the expansion of Colian Logistic is to address the expectations set by both the company’s present and new contractors. With warehouse space located in Kostrzyn Wlkp., Kalisz, Bydgoszcz, Lublin, Piątek Mały, Wykroty and Bielany Wrocławskie, Colian Logistic aims to fulfill its established strategy of investing in warehouse facilities that meet the needs of the most demanding contractors.
“Colian Logistic focuses on well-located and modern warehouse projects that provide the opportunity for the swift distribution of goods. The building in the P3 Poznań logistics park, which the company relocated to at the beginning of September 2017, was adjusted to the requirements of the tenant including improved fire precautions. The object is 11.5 metres in height and has an X-dock system which offers the opportunity to maintain the unobstructed flow of goods and efficient use of space. Furthermore, the warehouse facility leased by Colian Logistic has been developed in accordance with the principles of sustainable building as it is equipped with LED lighting and consists of energy-efficient wall panels,” explained Konrad Lewiński, Consultant, Industrial Department, JLL.
P3 warehouse park is located in Robaków – in close proximity to Poznań and adjacent to the A2 motorway which links Warsaw, Poznań and Berlin as well as the S11 expressway. Furthermore, it is only 20 km from Poznań-Ławica airport.
“We always aim to adjust to the needs of a particular client and as a consequence provide conditions that are essential for storing goods and improving logistics. Such was the case here as well. Furthermore, we continue to introduce ecological and energy-efficient solutions in our warehouse buildings so as to reduce future costs related to the exploitation of media, such as energy, gas and water,” commented Magda Twarowska, Senior Leasing Manager at P3 Logistic Parks.
