Colliers International advised Stena Fastigheter on its recent acquisition of the Spark B office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
Spark B is the central building of the modern office complex located in the Warsaw district of Wola. The total leasable area of the building is 19,000 sqm. Spark B links the office space with the relaxation zone and the open co-working space. It offers access to a large Scandinavian lobby, food and service premises and parcel locker. The building provides 144 underground parking spaces and electric car charging station. Additionally, Spark B is equipped with an application that enables mobile access to the building. Its construction was completed in Q1 2019.
The Spark complex is located at the intersection of Okopowa street and Aleja “Solidarności” avenue, which guarantees a fast connection to the city centre and other Warsaw districts. The convenient location allows reaching the complex by public and private transport. The main railway station of the city (PKP Warszawa Centralna) can be easily reached by car within 10 minutes. The International Chopin Airport is situated in a 30-minute drive from the building.
