Colliers International has joined the group of signatories of the Diversity Charter in Poland. It already includes almost 300 companies for which diversity is a priority in creating a work environment.
The Diversity Charter is a commitment signed by organisations to prevent discrimination in the workplace. Companies thus commit to introducing policies that create and promote diversity. They also express the willingness to involve all employees and business partners in these activities. Firms that choose to implement this tool work towards social equality and cohesion.
The Diversity Charter is an international initiative supported by the European Commission and implemented in most EU countries. In Poland, it is coordinated by the Responsible Business Forum which cooperates with business, administration, university environment and non-governmental organizations to support the development of responsible business and sustainable development in our country.`
“Diversity is part of our company’s DNA. We are an international organization that benefits from many cultures. Signing the Diversity Charter is a confirmation of our openness, not only to gender, age, origin and religion but above all to others. At Colliers we do not judge, but we learn from each other and in everything, we do we invariably put openness first,” says Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Managing Partner of Colliers International in Poland.
“Our teams are made up not only of people with specific skills and common values, but above all different personalities. Thanks to this, we work in a creative and open environment and present our clients with various ways to achieve their business goals,” says Joanna Kozarzewska, Clients Relationship Director at Colliers International.
“Colliers has been supporting and promoting the diversity within teams for years, knowing that it is an essential element of an inspiring, creative and flexible workplace that meets the current challenges and needs. The diversity of opinions, ideas and approaches is crucial for continuous development, learning and creating new solutions,“ adds Agata Błaszkiewicz, HR Director at Colliers International.
