Peakside Capital Advisors has started work on the new C1 hall at City Point Targówek. Representatives of the investor and the general contractor, Depenbrock Polska, took part in the groundbreaking ceremony. The new building will feature innovative ESG solutions and offer a total of 17,000 sqm of modern space. More than 10,000 sqm has already been leased, and Peakside is in advanced negotiations for additional modules. Completion and handover of Hall C1 is scheduled for Q3 2026.
The new C1 hall will offer warehouse modules with space for modern office and welfare areas – a highly sought-after combination on the market. The project also allows for light industrial operations. The building is being constructed on a revitalised site previously used for demolition and clean-up works. According to the schedule, construction will be completed and the facility delivered in the third quarter of 2026.
“City Point Targówek is a project we are consistently developing as a next-generation urban park – multifunctional, accessible, and ready to support both urban logistics and light production or specialised operations. Hall C1 perfectly fits this vision, offering modern, flexible spaces for businesses that want to operate close to the city and their customers. The modules we offer are among the most sought-after, yet hardest to find in Warsaw. Hall C1 will also stand out for its high user flexibility and excellent working comfort,” says Roman Skowroński, Managing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors.
“As Depenbrock Polska, we are beginning construction of another building within City Point Targówek – the C1 hall with an area of around 17,000 sqm. This project requires high engineering precision due to the advanced infrastructure planned by one of the future tenants, who will include a cooling and freezing facility operating at -20°C. We are currently strengthening the ground with displacement columns and carrying out preparatory work for the foundations. We are pleased to continue our cooperation with Peakside on a project distinguished by its scale and technical complexity,” adds Michał Berus, Construction Manager at Depenbrock Polska.
City Point Targówek is the largest logistics park within the Warsaw city limits. Once completed, it will offer 100,000 sqm of modern space. Located on a former industrial site, the park has been designed with multifunctionality in mind. It supports traditional urban logistics, light production and specialised operations with non-standard profiles. A major advantage is its urban location with convenient access to public transport and main arterial routes.
City Point Targówek is part of the urban logistics portfolio developed by the joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors.
