Construction works start on PNK-Bekasovo – EuropaProperty

PNK Group, one of the leading Russian warehouse and industrial property developers, has started construction works on the PNK-Bekasovo warehouse complex. The new complex will be located in the Moscow Region, 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kievskoye highway.

PNK-Bekasovo is going to have a total area of 200,000 sqm and a warehousing area of 160,000 sqm. Along with traditional warehouse premises, PNK Group is willing to construct build-to-suit projects with areas of 10,000 – 100,000 sqm in the territory of the complex.

The current market situation shows, that demand for A Class warehouse properties is stable despite the fluctuations of the last months. So acting within the framework of our corporate strategy we are intending to go on and increase the volumes of A+ Class warehouse properties delivered.”
