Cordon Electronics continues operations at MLP Pruszków II

Cordon Electronics, operating in the electronics and advanced technologies sector, continues to expand its operations at MLP Pruszków II. Under the extended lease agreement, the tenant will continue to occupy 7,770 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, including 458 sqm of offices.

The extension of the cooperation confirms MLP Group’s consistently executed strategy focused on building long-term relationships with tenants and creating flexible spaces that can grow alongside their businesses. MLP Pruszków II remains one of the company’s key projects, offering tenants the opportunity to expand within a single, cohesively designed complex.

Cordon Electronics Polska is part of the global Cordon Group, operating in the manufacturing, repair, refurbishment and recycling sectors. The company provides services, including electronic equipment maintenance and servicing, reverse logistics and supply chain solutions, and e-commerce logistics.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics park located in the municipality of Brwinów, approximately 5 km from Pruszków, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have been awarded prestigious BREEAM certification, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic panels are being installed on the rooftops.
