CORUM ASSET MANAGEMENT ACQUIRES HOTEL IN GDAŃSK

Greenberg Traurig advised the French asset management company CORUM Asset Management, acting on behalf of its real estate investment trust (SCPI) Corum XL, on the acquisition of the IBB Hotel Gdańsk, located in the heart of the Old Town in Gdańsk, and in the negotiations of a hotel lease agreement with B&B Hotels group, which has taken over the hotel operations.

Situated in one of the city’s most sought-after locations, the hotel benefits from its prime position in the historic centre of the city, offering guests immediate access to the Old Town’s cultural landmarks, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
