Only a month and a half after the official announcement of Cosmopolis Evolia, the newest residential development by Opus Land Development, pre-sales of villas in the first phase of the project have already surpassed the 60 percent mark. These results, according to the developer, achieved in such a short time, confirm the growing interest of Romanians in the concept of integrated urbanism.
Out of the 143 villas currently under construction in this first phase, 80 have already been contracted, with a total pre-sales value exceeding €15 million.
The Cosmopolis Evolia project marks an important milestone in the expansion of Cosmopolis, the largest private residential district in Romania, bringing together a thriving community and complete infrastructure. Among those who have already chosen Cosmopolis Evolia is well-known YouTuber Andrei Zbîrnoaia (Zbir), entrepreneur and content creator, one of the long-time investors in Cosmopolis.
“For Evolia, I purchased one main villa, where I plan to move, as well as three additional villas, which I bought as rental investments. I saw the potential and trusted this project from the very beginning, so I decided to buy as many properties as possible. In Cosmopolis, I currently own four rental villas, two ground-floor apartments used by my family, and three units converted into office spaces for myself and my team. Cosmopolis Evolia is designed by the British architecture practice Studio Wild Fifteen and spans a total surface of 270,000 sqm.
The Evolia project connects directly to the existing infrastructure in Cosmopolis, already home to 63 outdoor swimming pools and a covered semi-Olympic pool (World Class Cosmopolis), a private beach on the natural lake, sports courts, parks and promenade areas, medical services (Affidea), cafés and specialty restaurants, the private Cosmopolis–Pipera shuttle bus (ensuring fast access to major business hubs in northern Bucharest), as well as the benefit of over 70 stores within Cosmopolis Plaza, the largest retail park in northern Bucharest.
