Cromwell signs new lease with leading publisher in Poland – EuropaProperty

Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has signed a new lease with the leading digital publisher in the Polish market – Ringier Axel Springer Polska on 12,000 sqm of office space at Trinity Park III, located in the Mokotow District of Warsaw. The asset is part of the Artemis portfolio.

Ringier Axel Springer Polska joins a number of other tenants at the 32,000 sqm, seven story office building.

The property, situated at Domaniewska 49 Street in the Mokotow District of Warsaw, is conveniently located with good public and private transport links with the rest of Warsaw. The Galeria Mokotow Shopping Centre is also a short walk from the building.

Karol Pilniewicz, Head of CEE at Cromwell, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ringier Axel Springer Polska as our newest tenant at Trinity Park III. CBRE and Knight Frank advised on the lease agreement.
