CTP has partnered with SINGU, a leading cloud-based CAFM platform, to transform and standardise facility management across its portfolio of 13.5 million sqm of gross lettable area in 10 countries.
Meeting the Challenge of Scale and Tenant Satisfaction
The partnership reflects CTP’s commitment to tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. With rapid expansion across Europe, CTP identified the need to improve its legacy system and shift to a more scalable platform capable of delivering actionable insights, consistency, and transparency across its diverse portfolio of logistics, office, and mixed-use assets.
CTP sought a partner capable of helping them to address fragmented processes and one that can enable real-time portfolio-wide visibility. After a rigorous evaluation and pilot implementation in Slovakia, CTP selected SINGU as its trusted strategic partner.
A Consultative Partnership Driving Change Management
More than a software implementation, the project represents a strategic change management initiative. SINGU and CTP have worked side by side through workshops, discovery sessions, and ongoing steering meetings to align local practices with global standards. The approach emphasises stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring that system adoption is not only technical but also cultural.
As an innovative and future-focused real estate leader, CTP is continuously modernising and unifying its processes across the Group. Supported by SINGU as a consultative technology partner, this approach drives efficiency while preserving the tenant-centric flexibility that defines CTP’s operations. This collaborative model ensures long-term success and positions the partnership as a blueprint for digital transformation in real estate operations.
Shared Vision for Tenant-Centric, Sustainable Growth
CTP and SINGU share a commitment to placing tenants at the heart of operations while driving efficiency and sustainability. By combining CTP’s customer-first approach with SINGU’s scalable, data-driven CAFM platform, the partnership creates a future-ready model that enhances transparency, strengthens collaboration, and delivers measurable improvements in tenant satisfaction and performance across Europe.
“At CTP, our tenants are at the heart of everything we do. To continue meeting their evolving needs, we required a solution that could not only scale with us but also create one standard across our operations. SINGU has proven to be more than a software provider; they are an integral partner in our digital transformation journey,” said a CTP Representative.
“CTP’s focus on tenant centricity and sustainable growth aligns perfectly with our mission to redefine property and facility management. This partnership is a milestone not just in terms of scale, but in demonstrating how real estate leaders can future-proof operations through technology and standardization,” said Paweł Malon, Group CEO, SINGU.
Strategic Rollout and Digital Transformation
The phased rollout, already underway, will see SINGU implemented across all CTP countries by June 2026, with initial deployments in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. Key modules include reactive maintenance, inspections, equipment management, and tenant portals, ensuring greater visibility, consistency, and tenant engagement across the portfolio.
