CTP announced the launch of its first CTBox building in Romania, located within the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe, CTPark Bucharest West. This facility introduces an innovative concept that has already proven successful in other international markets and is now available to businesses in Romania. It offers plug-and-play warehouse and office spaces ready for immediate use within CTPark Bucharest West, a flagship project with a total planned lettable area of nearly 1.5 million sqm, known for providing the best work environment among Romania’s industrial parks.
CTBox is a dynamic development created to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with flexible spaces that support their growth within a vibrant business community. Each unit, ranging from 500 to 600 square meters, seamlessly integrates modern warehouse, office, and showroom spaces within a contemporary building.
CTBox is designed not only for traditional warehousing and production but also offers versatile spaces ideal for businesses engaged in sales activities, such as showrooms, supermarkets, and auto service centres. These spaces accommodate various customer interaction needs, enabling smaller businesses to operate alongside multinational organizations. This unique setup fosters growth and enhances visibility, similar to how co-working spaces benefit startups.

The first CTBox tenant is Profi, which has opened a new supermarket within the building. This addition significantly enhances the convenience for employees and the local community, providing a range of essential goods and services previously unavailable in the area. Profi’s new location offers a broad selection of products including fresh produce, dairy, snacks, and household goods, all available 24/7. The store also features a coffee corner and a variety of pre-packaged and freshly baked items, catering to diverse customer needs.
