Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by BPi Polska an exclusive agent for the prestigious mixed-use project Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław.
Bulwary Książęce is a mixed-use project located in the centre of Wrocław on Księcia Witolda Street on Kępa Mieszczańska island near Pomorski Bridge, in close proximity to the Old Town. It will contribute towards reviving the Odra Boulevard in this part of the city. The complex, which will be developed over two phases, comprises a retail and services part as well as 347 residential units, including premium flats and apartments.
The retail space of Bulwary Książęce will contain around 30 ground floor services units (including supermarket) totalling 4,700 sqm GLA, featuring also a modern delivery zone, a head office, a security office and 140 dedicated parking spaces. The walkable shopping area is to provide a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, nestled picturesquely between two arms of the River Odra.
“Bulwary Książęce is a unique development, sensitively designed, according to BPi Polska’s business strategy, in harmony with surrounding developments. Enhancing the cityscape of this forgotten part of the island, the scheme will perfectly complement Wrocław’s modern skyline. With its unique atmosphere, the pedestrian street mall running across the residential complex has the potential to become a thriving meeting place. The primary catchment area comprises more than 193,000 people. Thanks to a well-thought-out concept the complex will ensure the synergy of all functions, creating attractive public spaces for customers and visitors but at the same time maintaining the privacy and security of the residents,” said Maciej Golis, Head of the Project at BPi Polska responsible for the realization of the Bulwary Książęce project in Wrocław.
“The project’s location, within 10 minutes’ walk to the market square, combined with its excellent exposure with a view over the river, historic buildings, a marina and the Old Town make Bulwary Książęce an attractive shopping and leisure destination,” said Anna Oberc, Associate, Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for the commercialization of the retail part of Bulwary Książęce.
