Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the new Property Manager of Galeria Plaza in Kraków.
Galeria Plaza (formerly Kraków Plaza) is located at Aleja Pokoju 44, the main road connecting Kraków city centre with the Nowa Huta district. The centre’s leasable area amounts to almost 31,000 sqm. Apart from a comprehensive retail spectrum (Carrefour, Royal Collection, Media Expert, Reserved, Smyk), Galeria Plaza offers also entertainment and sports facilities, including a cinema (Cinema City with the only IMAX screen in town), Pink! Bowling Club and Fitness Platinium. The scheme provides parking space for ca. 1,000 cars.

Peakside Capital is a specialist European real estate private equity firm providing comprehensive deal origination and execution, asset management and fund management services to managed funds and qualified investors. Peakside Capital is managing Galeria Plaza on behalf of one of their institutional investors.
In March 2016, the centre unveiled its new name and logo. The investor has announced further changes, with plans for Galeria Plaza’s future to be established later this year.
