ECE Work & Live enters Polish residential real estate market

ECE Work & Live has entered into a strategic joint venture with GH Development, an equally family-owned developer, to realise new residential projects in Poland. The joint venture is part of ECE Work & Live’s strategy to expand its investments in dynamic European metropolises, collaborating with experienced local partners.

As part of the joint venture, ECE Work & Live will acquire a majority stake in an initial seed portfolio of three development projects comprising more than 550 residential units in rapidly developing urban locations of Warsaw. Aside from its role as minority shareholder, GH Development will assume holistic local development and project management responsibilities.

Following recent investments in southern European cities such as Barcelona and Rome, ECE Work & Live is now entering the Polish residential market with this joint venture.
