Echo Investment acquires loan for Sagittarius Business House – EuropaProperty

Echo Investment has concluded a contract with the PKO BP bank concerning an investment loan of nearly EUR 32 million and a VAT loan of PLN 6 million. The funds will be used for the execution of the Sagittarius Business House office project in Wrocław.

“We are very pleased with the financing of our next development in cooperation with the PKO BP bank, which offered a flexible structure and attractive cost level with regard to the loan,” said Grzegorz Iwański, director of Echo Investment’s Funding Department. “It is another element of cooperation which connects the bank and Echo Investment Group. Taking into consideration the potential of the financing party and Echo’s plans regarding next developments we will soon meet at the negotiation table again.”

Sagittarius Business House is a modern A-class office building which offers a leasable area of 24,000 sqm. The project is located at the junction of Borowska Street and Sucha Street, opposite an office building which has been completed by Echo Investment – Aquarius Business House. The facility will offer parking spaces for bicycles, changing and drying rooms for cyclists. The building will be BREEAM-certified and it will be equipped with access control, fast lifts, an energy efficient HVAC system, temperature control, suspended ceilings, raised floors and friendly lighting.
