Echo Investment acquires loan of €16.5 million – EuropaProperty

Echo Investment has concluded a loan agreement worth €16.5 million with Bank Millenium S.A. The funds will be used for the construction of the West Link office project in Wrocław.

“The financing of the West Link project in Wrocław is the first agreement we have signed with Bank Millenium,” said Grzegorz Iwański, director of Echo Investment’s funding department. “I am very pleased with the fact that we managed to conduct the crediting process concerning the newly-built project so successfully despite not having had any previous relations with the bank. I hope that West Link is the first of a series of financing transactions which we will be able to carry out together with the Millenium bank.”

The modern West Link office building is being developed on Na Ostatnim Groszu Street in Wrocław, next to West Gate – an office building the main tenant of which is Nokia. West Link will have a total of over 14,000 sqm. A car park offering 266 spaces has also been designed. The completion of the project is planned for the end of 2017 and early 2018.
