Echo Investment purchases 100 percent shares in Compass Offices – EuropaProperty

“In connection with our dynamic development in the office sector we decided to acquire a partner that will allow us to build the leading position not only on the market of long-term contracts but also in the segment of short-term contracts. Thanks to the integration both Echo Investment and Compass Offices will be able to increase their competitive advantage in their respective business sectors,” said Nicklas Lindberg, president of the board of Echo Investment.

“The Polish branch of Compass Offices has been operating independently since May when it separated from its headquarters in Hong Kong. Less than three months later we join Echo Investment’s family. The position of the new owner, the leader on the market of commercial properties, will make it possible for us to extend our business to new office locations as well as offer a new formula of services rendered. The potential of Echo Investment will also help us launch new locations in numerous cities e.g. Kraków and Łódź as well as extend our portfolio in Warsaw to Park Rozwoju, a modern complex in Mokotów district.
