Eolus Poland joins the LIFE Building

Eolus Poland, a renewable energy developer from Sweden, will become one of the tenants of the LIFE Building. It will soon occupy nearly 300 sqm of the office building in Warsaw’s Wola district. JLL Polska, representing VIG Fund, is responsible for the full commercialisation of LIFE Building, while Find Office represented Eolus Poland in the negotiation process.

“The idea of revitalising an existing office building and the concept of sustainability resonates with us. Furthermore, at Eolus we support the development of biodiversity and were pleased that the building where we will have our new office also contributes to this by creating green islands, with flowers, herbs and melliferous plants. The proximity to public transport and space for bicycles is also important for us. With this in mind, it was only natural that we chose the Life_Building,” says Daniel Larsson, Country Manager of Eolus Poland.

The 13-storey office building LIFE Building, formerly known as Atrium Tower, is located in the centre of Warsaw. The building underwent a major refurbishment in 2023, acquiring a refreshed image and high-quality spaces.
