Karimpol Polska has chosen PORREAL Polska as the property manager of a newly constructed office building Equator IV, situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie 100 in Warsaw. The contract comes into force as of June 1st, 2018. The building has also been granted an occupancy permit.
Within the contract, PORREAL will be in charge of the full range of facility management services, including technical and operational services, administrative services, as well as security and cleaning of the building. By entering into this management contract, PORREAL has become the property manager of the whole Equator office complex situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw.

The company PORREAL has been operating on the Polish market since 1999 as a provider of integrated services for the real estate market. At present, the company manages the property portfolio with a total area of over 415,000 sqm. PORREAL is also experienced in management of the so-called “green” buildings.

Equator IV is an A class building and will have almost 35,000 sqm of total space including 20,130 sqm of lettable area dedicated to offices and 682 sqm on the ground dedicated to commercial and service outlets as well as a gastronomic offer. It is the fourth office property in the Aleje Jerozolimskie complex and the eighth investment project of the Karimpol Group in Warsaw. The building will feature 7 elevators, 226 car park spaces in four underground levels, 78 bicycle racks, as well as showers and locker rooms for bikers. 40 car park spaces will be available in front of the building. The office tower and its surroundings will be fully accessible to people with disabilities. Equator IV is a BREEAM certified building (Very Good). The building has been designed by APA Wojciechowski.
Among the first tenants of Equator IV are such companies as a fitness club Zdrofit and Inoffice Group – a company operating in the Warsaw serviced office sector.
