The largest medical centre with Polish capital and a family company at the same time, Enel-Med, will open a clinic in Galeria Młociny. Thanks to this, the new center of Warsaw’s Bielany district will enable visitors to save their time and conveniently fix more things here.
“When considering the location of our facilities, we chose a place where our patients are, which they can reach conveniently, and where they can conveniently do things other than visit our clinic. We were looking for a suitable place in the north-western part of Warsaw and we found the perfect one, Galeria Młociny. We want to make sure that our patients reach us quickly and conveniently,” said Bartosz Rozwadowski, director of investment and procurement of the Enel-Med Medical Centre.
“Galeria Młociny has been designed to be the real heart of this part of the city. Modern shopping malls are much more than just shops. Nowadays we spend time, eat, rest, meet with friends and arrange more and more of our everyday affairs in such places. Medical services are one of those needs that we want to meet quickly and comfortably. Malls make it possible for us. This is precisely why Enel-Med had to be part of Galeria Młociny,” says Tomasz Domoń, regional leasing director in Echo Investment’s Shopping Center Department.
“Galeria Młociny is in line with modern shopping trends and the needs of the modern customer. At the same time it perfectly complements EPP’s portfolio, providing access to the very attractive market of the capital city. EPP’s strategy is to build a sustainable portfolio of retail properties and create an optimal environment for our tenants’ business. Ultimately our success largely depends on our tenants’ success,” said Marek Gładki, director of asset management and leasing at EPP.
Galeria Młociny is a new, multifunctional centre of Bielany. The place will combine 220 favorite shops and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
More than a year before its opening 75 percent of Galeria Młociny is already leased. The best food and entertainment zone in Warsaw was designed by the well-known Broadway Malyan studio, which won the competition announced by the developer.
Galeria Młociny is a joint venture project of EPP and Echo Investment. EPP owns 70 percent of the project, the remaining part belongs to Echo Investment which is responsible commercialization of the project.
