French men’s fashion brand Louis Purple plans to open 4 new stores in Romania this spring. Louis Purple sells men’s suits and shirts produced in Romania, in the city of Botosani, by the Formens factory.
The retailer currently has shops in France, in the U.S. (New York), Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg), Czech Republic (Prague), Ireland (Belfast) and Moldova (Chisinau).
In Romania, the brand only has a fashion store in Baneasa Shopping City and a store in the Northern city of Botosani, where the factory is located. Formens Botosani had sales of €37 million in 2013, according to official data from the Finance Ministry. The factory had 700 employees.
