With two companies recently signing a lease agreement in Building E, the fifth building in one of Krakow’s most popular office buildings, Bonarka for Business (B4B), has reached 100 percent occupancy level. Gerda Broker has leased 301,91 sqm GLA on the ground floor of Building E, while Skelia PolandS has taken 511,21 sqm GLA on the 4th floor. B4B adds almost yearly around 10,000 sqm GLA new office space to Krakow’s office market, and TriGranit, the developer of the B4B buildings plans to go on with this trend.
“Building E is the fifth of the Class A objects of our B4B project in Krakow, delivered in January 2015. We are extremely happy, that only one year after the launch, the office building is operating on 100 percent occupancy level,” said Tomasz Lisiecki, Chief Investment Officer of TriGranit.
