In 2023, we signed 31 leases covering a total of 5,700 sqm. of space. We continued our commercialisation efforts in H1 2024, and consequently, we signed 21 new agreements. We are happy that the facility for which we act as asset manager on behalf of the owner consistently sets the benchmark for the entire retail market in Poland and is a popular shopping venue amongst both the inhabitants of the entire Silesian region and visitors coming to Katowice.”
