“In an era of increasing competition in the market of shopping centres and evolving consumer expectations, the keys to success are building long-term relationships with tenants, introducing modern solutions in the field of customer service and engaging in relevant marketing and ecological activities. To better anticipate changes that take place in our industry and respond to them effectively, we started the Apsys Lab. Its experts monitor novelties and enrich customer experience with new quality of services, new technologies and social media,” said Fabrice Bansay, CEO of Apsys Poland.
Apsys Poland, a global operator in the shopping centres industry, acts not only as a manager, but also as a developer, investor, project manager and leasing agent. In 2015 the company completed the modernisation of two 1st generation shopping centres in Poland – Rondo in Bydgoszcz and 3 Stawy in Katowice, transforming them into modern commercial objects that meet the requirements of the twenty-first-century customers. Currently, Apsys is realising two more development projects with total leasable area of 122,000 sqm. In Poznan, the company is building its new flagship project – Posnania Center, which is one of the largest modern shopping and entertainment centers in the country and also the largest investment in the retail sector in Central Europe. In turn, in 2016 Apsys will begin expansion of Centrum Janki, located near Warsaw.
