Galeria Młociny has Smyk as a new tenant – EuropaProperty

SMYK, an international chain of specialist stores with products for children, has chosen Galeria Młociny, a new retail development in the Bielany district of Warsaw.

Toys, school supplies, books and multimedia – all under one roof – will be available at the new SMYK store. Apart from popular toy brands such as Lego, Fisher-Price or Mattel, SMYK also offers own brand products – COOL CLUB (clothes and shoes) and SMIKI (toys and accessories for infants). Currently the SMYK chain has stores not only in Poland but also in Russia, Rumania and the Ukraine.

“Our chain is growing dynamically throughout Poland. In order to deliver our selection at the largest possible number of consumers, we choose retail schemes which are, or have the potential, to become the most important shopping and entertainment destinations. We are still focused on Warsaw which is developing continually and where we have a number of stores in different formats. Galeria Młociny is aligned with our development concept. I have no doubts that our shop will draw a lot of loyal clients,” said Paweł Oskędra, Property Director of SMYK chain.

“Bielany, where Galeria Młociny is being developed is a dynamically growing residential area where over 6,000 new apartments will soon be available. Other housing investments are also planned,” said Michał Masztakowski, Development & Leasing Director at Master Management Group. “This means that the number of young families with kids in our neighbourhood is set to grow even further.
