Galeria Olimpia received two types of BREEAM In-Use certificates: Asset (for energy efficiency, materials used, the location and transport) and Building Management (which assesses the management of a building, relations with tenants, the consumption of utilities and waste management). The facility received the ‘very good’ grade in both cases (with the scores of 58 and 56 pct respectively).
Echo Investment’s portfolio includes eight buildings which hold BREEAM certificates: two Park Rozwoju buildings in Warsaw, Aquarius Business House in Wrocław, the first stage of A4 Business Park in Katowice, Oxygen in Szczecin (BREEAM In-Use: Building Management and Asset), as well as Galeria Amber in Kalisz, the Galaxy shopping centre in Szczecin and Galeria Olimpia.
